The Diginostic health platform hosts a range of bespoke digital health screening tools developed in collaboration with organisations across Australia and internationally. Diginostic leads the implementation, which includes tailored integration, staff training and ongoing technical support.

The digital screening tools are developed by our sister agency Utility Creative, one of Australia’s leading developers of digital health screening scales and applications. Through this, we offer a unique and holistic approach to developing tailored screening tools for affected audiences.

Collaboration

Research

Collaborative work with all stakeholders, subject matter experts and partner organisations to formulate ideas. Using a scientific approach, our work is informed by the latest research evidence and insights.

Test & refine

Using rapid ideation, we work with the end users and key stakeholders to identify and address ‘pain points’. The concept, content, user experience and functionality is then designed and focus tested with the intended audience to ensure the final product is effective and impactful.

Build

Utility Creative’s development team builds the screening tool for the Diginostic health platform, followed by two testing rounds: Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users. Once finalised, the Diginostic team implements the tool.

Implementation

Diginostic manages every step of the rollout and implementation of the screening tools for clinicians and health services. This includes individual and group training to ensure all staff are confident using the Diginostic platform.

Integration

Diginostic leads the full integration of the screening tool with patient record systems and My Health Record. Integration establishes direct communication between the health service server and the Diginostic health platform server, enabling complete automation of the screening process.

Technical support

The Diginostic team provides guidance to clients on how to export and interpret their data, based on their unique interests and needs.
